False anchors – they kill!

A few days ago I went biking.  I felt a prompting to stop under a network of electrical overhead wires. The Lord reminded me of a very traumatic incident when I got electrocuted and died! At first I didn’t want to be reminded of the event, but as I have learned on my journey with Jesus, He sometimes would take me back to places to either teach me something or do a healing work in my heart.  Here is the full story of the event, as I described in my book, When Gay Comes Home. You will continually hear of wars and rumors of wars. See that you are not frightened, for those … Continue reading To stand – against, up or in!

God is in the business of transforming things. He can do impossible things. Things completely contrary to nature, reason or common sense! (Preposterous – I just learned this word today!) The Shepherd said: “I love doing preposterous things. Why? I don’t know anything more exhilarating and delightful than turning weakness into strength, fear into faith, and that which has been marred into perfection” – (taken from Hinds’ Feet on High Places) As a person whose life has been transformed in so many ways, may I remind you today that with Him, nothing is impossible. It is never too late to … Continue reading Preposterous.
